We tried a lot of matcha before purchasing this one. We chose this ceremonial Japanese matcha for its unforgettable creamy character. It's fresh and earthy with a hint of sweet umami and an amazing, natural creaminess.

RECIPE
Hot Matcha
1. Add 1 teaspoon of All Matcha.
2. Pour hot water (75˚C/170˚F) (2 dl)
Note: Do not use boiling water; your matcha will become bitter. Let the water cool before pouring.
3. Whisk until frothy.
Matcha iced latte
1. Mix 1 teaspoon of All Matcha, 1tsp of honey and 1/2dl of cold water with a hand blender or matcha whisk, if you have one.
2. Pour into a glass with lots of ice
3. Top with 2 dl of skimmed milk.
Matcha latte
1. Follow the "Hot Matcha" steps
2. Heat and whisk 2dl of milk with a little honey on medium heat in a saucepan.
4. Pour the warm milk. Serve
