Aromatherapy - Essential oils

Essential oil is produced by distillation, pressing, CO2 extraction or by using a solvent which is then removed from the oil. Essential oils are very highly concentrated. 15 ml of lavender oil requires 1.9 kg of lavender flowers. Remember never to use undiluted essential oil on the skin.
