Lemongrass is a member of the Poaceae family. This oil has a fresh, grassy citrus scent, with an earthy undertone and is classified as a top note. Lemongrass blends well with camphor, citrus, herbal, floral, minty, spicy and woody oils.

Lemongrass contains analgesic, antidepressant, antimicrobial and antiseptic properties. It is a welcome addition to skin care, a great insect repellent and very beneficial to the digestive, immune and nervous systems.
